I absolutely love this place. Right when you walk in, is SFC but in San Mateo. The memorabilia is super cool, we were greeted as we walked in by one of the owners and offered water. Then sat and the whole time they played oldies but you can still hear guys talking and laughing but not cursing and having inappropriate conversations which is everything I want to teach my son as a single parent about a barber shop. As a woman, it was a safe space for me. Very welcoming. Now, the haircut was everything we expected from @Beasty_cutz. He did an excellent job! My son loves it. Amazing space guys, definitely will be booking the next appointment.

Got exactly what I wanted, was able to ask for some touch ups and man did it no hesitation. Super friendly vibe from everyone in the shop. Overall fantastic experience. My second time coming in. More to come.

Shop is super clean and well organized. Everyone in the shop was super nice. My teen has been to multiple places for cuts and is never happy. I found Ritz on Instagram and thought this might be a good fit. He talked to my teen, and then went to work. It was very meticulous work and done very well, he even gave him advice on product to use (not selling it) and my teen left the shop without putting his hat back on. It looks great! Worth the money!

Ritz takes his time with every customer and takes pride in his work - it shows (you see it on all his posts). Obviously not the most affordable neighborhood haircut, but you walk out of the parlor with a happy teenager (in my case) and this consistency is why we return.
